An annual service is recommended for the CuddleCot and CuddleBlanket, to keep this asset in the best working condition.
How do repairs work?
If the user sends their device to our service team, we will diagnose the issue and provide a quote free of charge.
If collection is needed, we can arrange it and provide a shipping quote. If the user decides not to proceed with the repairs, the service team will only charge for the shipping cost.

We offer a fixed price full functional test and check service of the CuddleCot and CuddleBlanket, carried out by experienced technicians at our centre in Gloucester, UK, or Burnsville, North Carolina for North American servicing.

Warranty covers all parts and labour to repair following faults caused by faulty manufacture or component failure. Repairs required following damage or fault caused by negligence or accident are not covered.
Price includes courier collection and delivery from your premises and all service parts, consumables and labour. Excludes VAT.
